Come join us for a day of scary good Halloween fun!

We will be focusing on all things chocolate.

Yes, chocolate!

Kim  Phillips (ICJ) will be doing a demonstration using chocolate and teaching us some techniques.

Bryan Williams of Sugar Daddy Cakes, will discuss the modeling chocolate used on his lantern cake that won 2nd place at Choctober Fest recently. (Photo below)

We will then be painting, molding and dipping our own chocolates. If you have molds that you want to use or share, feel free to bring them. If not, we have plenty to go around. All supplies provided.

You don’t have to be a member of ICES to attend. Everyone is welcome!

We would love to have you join us! Go to the membership page for more info. Any further questions can be directed to
